What do I do if I read the message: hardware error?

If you get this message, check the connected external devices, such as webcam, microphone and / or bluetooth headphones, if necessary disconnect and reconnect; if the problem persists, open the settings and manually select another device.

If you do not have external connected devices available, open the settings and manually select the source for the webcam and microphone. Please remember, that in case of hardware malfunction it is possible to continue the call with a single device, selecting no webcam / no microphone from the settings menu.
