Can I record the call?

To register the call:

  1. Click on the icon at the top of the toolbar
  2. In the panel that appears click on the “REC” button, the icon will change color to indicate the active status (active icon)
  3. Click the “Close” button to confirm your choice
  4. In the call a red sticker will appear in the status bar next to your name, to confirm that the registration is active (the red sticker will also be visible to all participants)
  5. To stop recording, go back to the menu and click on the REC icon, this will change status to gray and inactive.

If you do not manage to record the video call, please check that your profile includes this feature and if not, contact the customer care to have all the necessary information about it.
